Scott Gallacher being installed as Club President 2010-11 by out going President Sandy Niven
On 28th June at our Club Assembly , Scott Gallacher was installed as President 2010-11. In addition, two new Paul Harris Fellowships were awarded - Donald Menzies and Bill Lymburn. A Paul Harris Sapphire was also awarded to outgoing District Governor Andy Slater.
