Scottish International Rescue. Francis O,Donnell

Thu, Mar 22nd 2007 at 12:00 am - 2:00 am

Frances came along at the last minute to tell us about the work of Scottish International Releif and their project Mary's Meals. This is a programme to make sure that as many children as possible in Malawi receive at least one proper meal a day. The project now feeds175000 children daily in Malawi and has hundreds of volunteers, It now has projects feeding another 20000 children in other poor countries. Frances herself was with Yarrows for 20 year as a PA but gave it up to devote her time to the charity. What a big heart!
