Jun 2011 Rotary Kids Out - Wimpole Hall and Farm

The club entertained a group of disadvantaged children from Castle School, Cambridge at Wimpole with a tour of the farm animals and a range of fun activities.


On Wednesday 8th June the Rotary Club of South Cambridge sponsored and hosted 16 children from the Castle School Cambridge at the annual fun day out at Wimpole Hall.

The pleasure displayed on the faces of the children gave those Rotarians present great satisfaction, as the children first enjoyed a visit to Home Farm where they were able to see the range of animals housed there. They then came over to the main activity field for a packed lunch, a
