Pupils from Trafalgar Junior School in Twickenham filled and decorated over 200 Rotary Shoeboxes to send to children, teenagers and families in Eastern Europe.

The three types of boxes were filled with items appropriate for the recipient so, for example, children would receive toys, teenagers would receive sportswear, gloves, scarves, writing material etc. and families would get various household items.

The photograph shows members of the school council with Mark Scudamore of Rotary Club of Twickenham upon Thames in the background.
