Paradise Run

On a quarterly basis the Community & Vocational Committee organises a collection to be made among our members which is donated to the Paradise Run to help the homeless in Cardiff city centre.

Items required are:  

Refreshments:         Coffee, tea, sugar, fruit juice, long life milk

Tinned foods:         Ham, salmon, Tuna, Cornbeef, pilchards, sardines

Fresh Fruit:         Apples, oranges

Pasta:         Spaghetti, Basmati rice

Sundries:         Cooking oil

Toiletries / washing items:         toiletries, soap, washing powder, washing up liquid
