A report on a visit of the Salvation army Band to a lunch time meeting

On Wednesday 14th December it was the Annual Christmas lunch with our partners. As  usual it was a pleasant event.

This year we were entertained after our meal by the Salvation Army Band. However,we had to participate by sining  carols, chosen by members of the club.

During the event the captain oinformed us that he would soon be leaving Grimsby to take up another post. He said that he had enjoyed his time living in Grimsby.

At the end of the carols President Nigel presented the captain with a cheque.
