The benefits of holding the Bric a Brac sale in the middle of Summer as opposed to the cold wet days of winter were brought home to us by a warm sunny morning which made us grateful for the shade of the trees in Chapel Lane.
Our usual spot was occupied by another organisation but the new location specified by the Council opposite to the pedestrian crossing ensured a steady flow of curious customers from early in the morning.
Thanks to everyone who donated items, worked in shifts to man the stall and especially those who helped to set up in the morning and disperse the remnants afterwards.
