RIBI Newsletter - May 2012

The RIBI May issue of the Newsletter. Strongly recommend the RIBI President hand-over location. There is Gleneagles, Rosemount and other wonderful scenic locations. There is bound to be free flowing whisky available and quality highland music.

Welcome in the new Rotary year in beautiful Perth (Scotland, not Australia!) at the Rotary GB&I Presidential handover on Sunday 1st July.

John Minhinick, from the Rotary Club of Burntisland and Kinghorn, will take up the office of Rotary GB&I President and has chosen the stunning Perth Concert Hall in the heart of this fair city as the venue for the occasion.

Guests will be welcomed by a pipe-band and enjoy a civic reception with lunch as the new Rotary year 2012/13 begins.

Perth is a beautiful city with many green areas and a river running around it. The buildings have an old style elegance which is complemented by the new Perth Concert Hall, bridging the gap between old and new architecture very effecitively.
