Club meeting cycle - 2024/2025
The club have meetings each month as follows:
Week 1 – Dinner; with or without guest speaker;
Week 2 – No meeting;
Week 3 – Business Meeting;
Week 4 – Committee meetings; dates not fixed, arranged by Committee members to suit availability.
Week 5 (when it occurs) – social evening.
Club council meets 4 times per year or as when required.

This Committee reviews requests for funding from the public and registered charities, and makes recommendations to Club members. The Club policy is to focus on local good causes in preference to national and international ones.
