Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA)

A great opportunity to develop your leadership potential

For a number of years, the Club has supported the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) programme that takes place each summer.

We work with the Northallerton Rotary Club to offer places to 2 students from the area to take part in this exciting and enjoyable programme.

RYLA attendance can often be life changing in helping the individual to develop insights into their own leadership skills and team working. Each year we ask participants to come to a Club Meeting to share their experience, and they have all described the benefit of things they had learnt and the fun that they had on the course.

Where does it happen?  At Hebden Hey - an outdoor centre near Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire
