Altzheimers Memory Walk 2013

more Rotarians and friends gather to marshal the Memory Walk in Carlisle for the Altzheimers Charity. The sun shone and around 100 walkers enjoyed a walk around Bitts Park and along the River Eden whilst raising over £1000 through sponsorship.

more A Spring Clean along one of the main routes into Carlisle known as Rotary Way resulted in nearly 200 bags of litter being collected. An excellent result with encouragement from passing drivers tooting their support.

more In 2008 and 2009 we helped out at the Cumbrian Run. Members acted as marshals along the route. One of our members Andrew B ran in the 2009 event.
