Nov 2012 Our congratulations to PP John Glascodine for raising the funds from clubs across the District to enable and complete the building of our first Sand Dam in Africa. Villagers in the area of the dam will now be assured of clean water "on their doorstep" with the village women now no longer required to treck for miles to obtain water for basics such as cooking, drinking and washing. Well done John.
