Hornchurch and Upminster welcomed Assistant Governor Phil Stepney
To our Club Assembly today,19th. June.
After an excellent lunch, Phil passed on the best wishes of the incoming DG Stan Keller and then reflected on the proposed programme for the coming year.
His glowing report was appreciated by all the members and we wish him
good luck for the year ahead.
