Welshpool Rotary Club held the annual Frugal Lunch at Church House on Wednesday December 11th. President Olwen John welcomed visitors Wendy Hutchinson, Christine Jones and Margaret Pepper.
Also present was Assistant District Governor Paul Crosby, who said a few words.
