Jersey Young Chef Competition 2014
Dear Fellow Rotarians,
Last night I attended the Young Chef of the Year competition at Jersey College for Girls which was organised by Rtn Bob Marshall. It was a wonderful event as you will see from the website. The young chefs were so well prepared and did not panic under time pressures. I managed to taste a few of the dishes. I particularly liked the brown bread ice-cream (which was apparently served at the Ritz in 1984
