Rotary Disco Balmoral Hotel, Thursday 8th January, Starting at 7 00 pm & closing at 10 00 pm.

Format: Dancing will start as soon as the music starts,  about  8 to 8 20 pm President welcomes   guests & break for food.

About 9 00 pm more Disco, some guests will start to leave around 9 30 pm due to staffing etc.

By the fact we will have around 80 guests means I need to know who will be supporting, and helping.
