This is a leadership development program which focuses on secondary school students, university students, or young professionals.

RYLA makes use of a residential experience combined with team building and development activities around:

The District 1145 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) will be held at the High Ashurst Outdoor Activity Centre in the beautiful Surrey Hills on Box Hill near Dorking. The recently upgraded activity centre with magnificent Deluxe Log Cabins offering excellent opportunities for outdoor team building programmes and
sports activities.
The ultra modern
facilities all with en-suite bedrooms, newly built climbing wall like no other. The refurbished centre provides a kaleidoscope of training and activity opportunities and offers you training like no other: stimulating, involving, challenging and above all fantastic fun.

RYLA will help you:
