Abigail Brickely
Last year Abigail asked us for support for a volunteering trip and this week she came to speak to us about her visit to Ghana with Projects Abroad.
Abigail traveled to Ghana last August with Projects Abroad where she stayed with a host family for two weeks. Whilst there her group worked in a school teaching children in the mornings and in the afternoons they spent their time refurbishing school buildings. The evenings were spent volunteering at an orphanage, cooking for and playing with children.
We would like to thank Abigail for her superb talk that was both informative and entertaining and wish her all the best for the future.
