Renowned local "sweetieman", Derek Shaw, celebrated 53 years in the confectionary business with a fundraising Chocolate Evening for the Rotary Club of Dundee. He was joined by French Chocolatier Matthieu Barriquault, and the pair entertained 83 members of the club and their families and friends with demonstrations, tastings, and the opportunity to decorate their own Easter Eggs.
