Primary School Quiz - 12th March 2015

On Thursday 12^th March, we ran the local heat of the Rotary Primary School Quiz .  Nine teams from primary schools in the area assembled at Callander Primary School, where the eager youngsters were put through their paces, answering questions in a ten different areas of general knowledge.   The competition was fierce, and there was an atmosphere of intense concentration, as all participants racked their brains for the answers, with enthusiastic support and encouragement from the audience.  The final outcome saw the team from Doune Primary School winning the coveted trophy (plus a dictionary for each of the four members of their team).  In second place, Thornhill Primary were not too far behind the winners; and in third place was Callander Primary School
