Cults & Bieldside Litter Pick

A number of our Club Members and Cults Bieldside Milltimber Community Councillors did a litter pick in Cults on 25 April 2015.

Members of RCAD have previously helped with picking up litter in Culter.   This litter pick along the old Deeside Railway Line from Cults Station to Bieldside and from Cults Station to Pitfodels was organised by Cults Bieldside Milltimber Community Council.   After walking along the old railway line the pickers proceeded to the A93 and returned to Cults Station.   In all 14 bags of litter were recovered.   Aberdeen City Council provided pick-me-ups,  high -vis tabards,  gloves and bags for the event.   ACC also collected the litter afterwards.

A similar event is planned for Saturday 16 May when the target will be the perimeter road area round the Cults Primary School.   We will meet in the school car park at 10.00 am.   Anyone interested in taking part should contact Graham Payne on 01224868827.
