Congratulations to Roslin Primary School on reaching the District final of the Primary School Quiz. They had previously won the local round in competition with 6 other Primary Schools in the Penicuik area and were now representing the Penicuik Club in the later stages of the quiz. They have now won the East Area round In a tightly fought contest against a team from Dunbar and one from Prestonpans. As in the local round it went down to the wire with a tie break round necessary to determine the winner. Full marks for Roslin in that round saw them emerge as winners with a 4 point lead. They now travel to Lifestyles Centre, Carluke on Saturday 6th June for the final. Well done P7's, Madeline and Isabel and P6's, Augustus and Keira. Good luck and success in the final.
