Annual Business Meeting – Thursday 12th November 2015

 

The Annual Business Meeting of the Rotary Club of Arbroath will be held during the Club Meeting on Thursday 12 November 2015 at The Meadowbank Inn for the purpose of receiving the annual Accounts for the year ending 30 June 2015 and the election of office bearers for the year 2016/2017

 

Minutes of equivalent meeting of last year are attahed via this link  minutes_ABM_2014.doc

 

Nominations for the Office Bearers for the year 2016/2017 shall be delivered in writing to myself prior to the meeting.

This group was presented with a cheque for £500 to enhance patient comfort throughout the hospital. The Rotary Club of Potomac-Bethesda in Maryland, USA presented Arbroath with this money in a very generous gesture of Rotary Co-operation.
