President's Night and 25th Anniversary of Twinning, Celebratory Dinner

A weekend celebrating 25 years of twinning with our friends from The Rotary Club of St Brieuc Grand Large and President's Night. It is hoped that Rotary Club members and their partners will be able to give their full support to both events.

23:30 - 24:00: French guests arrive in Helston to meet hosts (Tesco car park)Saturday 28 May 2016
13:00 Lunch: The Grove; Tapas-style light lunch19:00 for 19:30: Group Clebratory Buffet dinner party. Culdrose Snr Ratings. This evening will be open for all members and friends of the Rotary Club and Inner Wheel. Please advise David Platt so he can assess numbers and arrange for catering and security, by end-April.

17:45 approx: Coach to Carbis Bay Hotel
18:30 for 19:00: President's Night, Carbis Bay Hotel.
(Roy Treloar will need menu choices or apologies by Sunday 15th May).
Coaches will be available on the night.Full details will be given on Tuesday and at subsequent Rotary meetings.
