Annual Community Tea

Our annual Community Tea for the elderly, in conjunction with Dorchester Casterbridge and Bridport Rotary Clubs. Hosted by us this year.
Sheila Sutherland is kindly organising the event again this year, so please contact her if you have any questions, or would like to suggest anyone (we are limited to 16x guests per club, so places are limited!) N.B.(added 3/9/2016) - We now have 16 guests booked and are unble to accept any more this year.
We are holding it at the Jailhouse Cafe (Verne Prison). Anna Eveleigh from the Alzheimer's Society will hold a 'singing session' (and many people on the list so far attend singing for the brain which she takes at c2000 so they will know her.)
Further details to follow, but we will need drivers to collect our Portland guests, take them for a short drive first, then arrive at the Jailhouse Cafe.
