Results from the Young Musician of the Year, Club Competition, Student Union, Heriot Watt University

The winners will take their places in the Area Final on !0 February
Eighteen competitors took part in our local Club competition in the Students Union at the Heriot Watt.
The winner in the vocal section was Rebecca Pennykid from Deans Community High School and the winner in the instrumental section was Mark Elwis from Inveralmond High School playing the cornet.
These two go through to the Area Final on 10th February.
The runners up were Emily Wishart - vocal from Broxburn Academy and Kyle Rowan from Firrhill High School playing the accordion.
