Sat, Nov 14th 2015 at 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

a busy session again

Our intrepid band od members and friends of the club have been out again Litterpicking.  After hours of slippery hard work they had found 9 bags of discarded bottles, cans, plastic bags, wrappers etc.

Well Done crew!

If you know an area that needs cleaning up do let David Adamson know and he will arrange what he can.

If you have time to help do let David know - Gloves, tabards, picker sticks and bag hoops all available.

Lovely comment :

For the attention of the President of Cambridge South Rotary Club.

I would like to thank you for allowing your Rotary Club to participate in the Litter Picking event this weekend.

They did a splendid  job carrying out a litter clearance of the three roads that adjoin and link Histon to Oakington and Girton.

Theirs was a marvelous effort  and we hope they will continue to do so in the future.

Please pass on my appreciation to all concerned.

Your sincerely
