President Lesley Kennedy welcomed twelve other members. Bill Jones advised that a date for the wine tasting had not yet been arranged. A can collection is scheduled in the Co-op in Sinclair Street on Saturday May 7. The Annual General Meeting will be held after lunch on Tuesday June 7.

Youth service convener Adam Muggoch announced that Lomond School pupil Kateryna Havralenko (pictured), who won the gold medal in the local heat of the Rotary Young Photographer of the Year competition senior section, had gone on to win the District 1230 final. Her images now go forward to the British final in May.

The weekly raffle for a whisky miniature was won by president Lesley.
