Club Meeting 1pm "” Board Minutes and AGM

President Lesley Kennedy welcomed eleven other members, and the secretary read the Board minutes kindly prepared by Alastair Wilson. Adam Muggoch reported that, despite scoring 103 out of 120, the Lomond School were not in the top three of yesterday's District 1230 Primary Schools Quiz final.

The monthly draw, this time for a bottle of ten year-old The Glenturret single malt whisky from Crieff, was won by Jack Rudram, and the weekly raffle for a whisky miniature was won by Bill Deans.

The Annual General Meeting followed, and included reports from those conveners present. Lesley Kennedy, in her capacity as Treasurer, presented her annual report and the budget for the coming year. An increase in subscription from £90 to £100 was unanimously approved.

David Arthur was unanimously re-elected as an honorary member for the rotary year 2016-17, as were associate members Linda Harvey, Derek Bowman and Phil Hopkinson.
