We would like to invite you to be part of our 2016 Burnham Donkey Derby and Spring Fair. The Donkey Derby is held annually and attracts upward of 2500 visitors. The event is organised by the Rotary Club of Burnham Beeches and includes Donkey Racing and Rides. Arena Events, Funfairs and a variety of stalls providing a wide range of novelty and entertainment.
Please find enclosed an application form for you to complete and return to us to the address below together with your payment, as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
This form relates to non-catering activities. If you are interested in providing catering, please contact us with your proposal, we want to have a good range of attractive cuisine without unnecessary duplication.
Costs:
Stall areas are available in 4m x 4m ‘pitches’. The cost of one pitch is £45.00
Charities – get a £10.00 reduction so only pay £35.00 for one pitch (you will need a registered charity number)
Tables (6’ long) - £5 each. Bookable in advance please to avoid disappointment.
General Information
The vehicle entrance to Burnham Park is on Priory Road, Burnham, Bucks. The postcode for Sat Nav purposes only is SL1 6DR.You will be able to enter the site from 08.30 and may set up from that time to be ready for opening to the public at 12noon.
You will be guided to your pitch on arrival. Please feel free to bring tables, chairs, small tents, gazebos, bunting and anything else that will make your site stand out and be inviting. The more original and appealing your stalls, the more people will visit them.
CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
- A BOOKING IS ONLY VALID WHEN CONFIMRED BY US TO YOU IN WRITING. PLEASE BRING THE CONFIRMATION WITH YOU ON THE DAY.
- PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, EITHER BY CHEQUE OR BANK TRANSFER
- ALL TRADERS MUST SUBMIT A COPY OF THEIR PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE WITH THEIR APPLICATION.
- NO LIVE CREATURES ARE TO BE OFFERED FOR SALE OR AS PRIZES
- ALL TRADE CATERERS MUST CONFORM TO LOCAL AUTHORITY ENVIRONMENTAL AND HYGIENE REGULATIONS.
- PAYMENT FOR SITE RENTAL CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
- STALLHOLDERS MUST KEEP THEIR STALL AREAS FREE OF DEBRIS AND REMOVE ALL RUBBISH AT THE END OF THE DAY.
Please note that no vehicular movement will be allowed to or from stalls between 12 noon and 5 p.m. so please make sure you are fully set up by then. If you do forget anything you will have to carry it to your stall from the car park!
Bring plenty of change for the day and for administrative purposes please bring this letter with you.
