Swimathon 2015 - Funds Distribution

Now that all the sponsorship money has been collected and the Gift Aid recovered we had the pleasure of distributing the proceeds to the participants ...


This year, the beneficiaries were:-

Mayor of Durham's Charity, Trinity School - £1000.
Rotary nominated Charities:
    Great North Air Ambulance - £1000
    Smile for a Child  - £1000

Participants' good causes:
 St. Leonard's School Boat Club
 Framwelgate School Girls Cricket Team
 St. Oswald's Church Organ Fund
 Treetops Children's Ward, University Hospital of North Durham
 North East Autism Society
 Deerness Action for Stray Dogs
 Downs Syndrome North East
