Woolsack Rotarians were out in strength this weekend (14/15 May). The first event was the annual Blood Pressure Awareness day for the general public in Godalming. Whilst a large number of club members were busy in the high street raising awareness among the public of the possibility of having their blood pressure checked, a series of health professionals came 'on duty' to test and advise those people who took up the offer. The testing was done outside the cellar cafe in crown court, as seen in the photo.
We are very grateful to all the professionals for giving up their time to support this event. During the day a total of 65 people received the test and one person was immediately referred to Royal Surrey County Hospital.
