Dress Code: Formal (black tie).
Attendance: Partners and guests welcome.
Menu: Smoked salmon roulade.
Roast sirloin of beef with a red wine jus.
Served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes.
Warm apple pie with custard.
Coffee and mints
