Schools or Organisations and Emergency Boxes

The Rotary Club provide emergency boxes for disaster areas as one of the ways of alleviating the local suffering after a natural or man made disaster.

The details of the emergency box scheme may be seen here.

Several local schools have taken part in providing the contents, of recommended items, of a box provided by the Club.

There is a shortage of boxes in the warehouse at present because of the huge demand for assistance from Tsunami areas around the rim of the Indian Ocean.

If your school or organisation would like to take part in the scheme please contact the International Chairman at his email address on the Club Officials page.
