The two recipients where Tilly Edwards (Certificate for Rotary Young Photographer of the Year Area Winner) and Lewys Phillips (Certificate for completing RYLA Course). The presentation was made at Assembly by Knighton Rotary President Patrick Smith after a brief introduction by Headmaster David Gajadharsingh. After the presentation President Patrick addressed the assembly and explained the history of Rotary and how it helped communities both here and abroad.
