Hat Night!.

No speaker, but members draw lots to identify who will do short talks

There was no speaker at last week's meeting of the Rotary Club and members held a hat night.  Three members, Past Presidents Jack Swanston PHF, Ron Laidlaw and Andrew Suddon each gave an informative, instructive and interesting talk on Rotary visits abroad, the value of intelligence and blunders in life.  The members seemed to enjoy the speaker's contributions or maybe they were feeling relief at not drawing the short straw themselves!  President Jim Walker gave the vote of thanks.
