The popular Rotary 'Twixt' Party appears likely to become an annual date in the Rotary Club Calendar AND for the Senior Citizens in the Town.
The Party provides a welcome opportunity to meet old friends and former colleagues during the Christmas Holiday period, to have a chat, meet new people and enjoy the entertainment provided. It also allows everyone a pleasant break, even if only for a few hours, outside the home surroundings.
Our photos show Guests (and Rotarians) enjoying the 2016 Twixt party.
Good to have the support of our new MP, Robert Courts who took the opportunity to meet some of his more elderly constituents.
Thank you to Open Doors for the use of their facilities and a thank you to everyone involved in organising the party and to everybody who helped.
In case you're confused by the name 'Twixt', it's simply because the annual party is arranged to take place 'twixt' Christmas and the New Year!
May we take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy New Year for 2017.more Santa is on tour with his sleigh, see details
