Young Musician Competition

Thu, Jan 19th 2017 at 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

The Glasgow heat took place in City Halls (Studio 1).

The Rotary GB&I Young Musician Competition 2017

On Thursday 19 January our Club Heat of the Young Musician Competition was held in Glasgow City Halls There were 4 participants in the vocal competition and 6 in the Instrumental.  7 Glasgow Schools were represented.
This is the second year that we have held this competition in conjunction with Glasgow City Council.  The provision of the studio facilities, catering and indeed the promotion of the competition are due very much to the enthusiasm of Neil Robertson Education Support Officer Youth Music and Pam Black, Education Officer Instrumental.

Five Glasgow Rotarians provided welcome support.
