Charter Night Dinner (20th Anniversary of Charter)

After drinks from the bar served from 6.45pm, the gathering will enjoy a

five-course dinner served at 7.30pm comprising of:

 

Mixed hor-d’oeuvres

Aromatic deep fried crispy duck with pancakes or aromatic lamb with lettuce

Sizzling fillet steak with brandy honey and black-bean sauce; crispy sesame spicy chicken; Malaysian satay king prawn; monk style vegetable in a bird’s nest; ½ Singapore vermicelli; ½ young chow fried rice

Choice from the dessert menu

Coffee and mints

 

 

Dress: Lounge suit / Cocktail dresses

Bar open during the evening
