Riding for the Disabled

Wed, Apr 5th 2017 at 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm

Elizabeth Stevens to collect a donation from the Carol Float and to update us on the work of this deserving Charity. NOTE - VENUE IS THE FROCESTER.

Patchwork Riding for the Disabled.

We continue to support Gloucestershire Riding for the Disabled and welcomed Liz Stevens as our speaker on 5 April.

At the riding school near Nailsworth there are 5 volunteer instructors and owners who make available their horses and ponies for riding. Each child or adult receives a specific, caring and enjoyable experience and attention.

Our donation was received with thanks and will help to keep the cost of a riding experience to an affordable level.

Thanks Liz for informing us of the good work of Riding for the Disabled and I am sure Father Christmas will visit again.
