Rotary Club of Stirling meeting of 16th February 2018.
President Stewart Wilson welcomed members to our Friday meeting.
Starting of course with a little horticulture, our speaker Rotarian Sandy Leven called his talk, "Interesting". Traveling initially to Dubai, where he often visits family, and then to USA, Canada and Europe, he demonstrated his sharp eye for signs, shop names and directions, which were surprising or, often unintentionally, comical. His commentary was as usual amusing and the illustrations of a high standard. The vote of thanks was given by SVP Sandy Farquharson.
At our next meeting on 23rd February, Speaker's host Malcolm Cordwell Smith, Visitor's host Crawford Gordon.
