Steven Coghill, the Head Gardener from Kings College and lecturer in horticulture, talked to us today about :
'1441 and all that' - a brief history of landscape and garden design and how the Kings College gardens have evolved.
His talk was wide ranging and beautifully illustrated and his enthusiasm for his subject very catching !
Many Thanks to Steven for stepping in at the last minute and agreeing to advance his booked date !
We are invited to enjoy a tour of the Kings College grounds in Spring 2018 - Date tbc.
NOTE : Rhianna Swancott sends her apologies and will speak to us another week.
