Members of Cambuslang’s Inner Wheel and Rotary Clubs enjoyed an afternoon of ‘Fizz, Food, Friendship and Fun’ to celebrate the start of the 2017/18 year on Saturday 12th August. The event was hosted by Linda and Tony Neeson, who have a busy year ahead as Linda is the new President of Inner Wheel whilst Tony will be President of the Rotary Club.
All the guests were invited to make a donation to raise funds for research into the incurable life-limiting condition called Trichothiodystrophy (TTD) and help support a local family whose daughter Elise suffers from this rare genetic disorder. Thanks to their generosity the total amount raised was £348
