Arclight Eye Project talk at Rotary free lunch

Dr Andrew Blaikie will explain how the Arclight device is making diagnosis of eye problems easier in Africa.

About 220 million people have significant visual impairment or are blind. 80% of blindness is avoidable with the correct equipment for early diagnosis.

Dr Blaikie is Senior Lecturer in Global Health Implementation at St Andrews University

He is also a consultant ophthalmologist at Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline
