Frog Racing 2016

Our first Frog Racing evening! A fun and active fundraiser

Fun had by all at the first Aurora Frog Racing evening, held at Scalford Village Hall.

5 teams of 4 "jockeys" competed for the presigious "Ribbit" trophy, which was eventually won by Aurora's Iky Dodge & his team. Champagne was won by the Foxwise Accountants team and various other raffle prizes were awarded. All enjoyed a hot supper & drinks.  Over £600 was raised on the evening for Aurora charities.

Rotarians are committed to both eradicating Polio and also raising awareness of the need for the vaccination programme to continue. Melton Aurora members have been planting crocus corms on a grass bank opposite the Melton Borough Council offices.
