‘World Waterworks’ is a charity in Midsomer Norton, Somerset, founded in 2005 by a local Rotary Club. Its object is to make a swift response to worldwide disasters by sending WATER SURVIVAL BOXES which contain both the means of providing fresh water and a wide range of tools/implements to enable a family to recover as quickly as possible from the loss of their home and belongings. The contents are regularly reviewed following feedback from the communities who use them around the world.

The charity is run entirely by Rotarians who frequently gather from across the district and voluntarily work together to pack and distribute boxes to regions around the world who need this help. Each box costs just £150 to produce and the Club welcomes financial contributions from anyone wishing to fund a Water Survival Box.

The Rotary Club of Taunton is proud to support this charity.
