At the newspaper collection.

A Visitor from Brazil to March Rotary Club The monthly Newspaper collection, now in its 44th year, by the Rotary Club of March, had a welcome and surprise visitor in the guise of Edgar Popov, pictured far right. Also much taller than the other Rotations. Edgar, whose parents are Russian and Lithuanian, works at a local Nursery in Wimblington, Nr. March He saw the Rotary Banner, and came over to say hello. Why? His brother Cleber is a Rotarian belonging to the Rotary Club de Marenga, founded in 1952, District 4360. Brazil. Naturally we have invited him to join us at social functions. Edgar’s command of English far exceeded our combined linguistic capabilities in both Portuguese and Russian. A fine example of the meaning of Rotary International.
