Thank you for supporting this event. Please arrange to meet in front of the head shunt (steam railway side of the building) at 6.30 pm.
There is a very slight chance of a problem, as Paul Hawthorne's wife is expecting a baby on 14 May and he the only one who can take us on the tour!
If anything should happen, we will naturally still go for Dinner at the Oak Tree Restaurant, as preparations for this are already in hand.
Claire has been given the menu choices and there will be three tables (one for 17 and two for 10) with table plans so the waitresses can easily find you.
