Rotary Collection for BBC Children in Need at London Heathrow Airport
Thank you so much to everyone who came and supported us and Marlow Thames Rotary raising money for BBC Children in Need at Heathrow Airport with so many clubs from Rotary International in Great Britain & Ireland.
And thanks to our friends at Ilhaam SWIS for taking over a whole shift.
We have completed all the money counting, the foreign coins and notes have been exchanged and we have a grand total for this year:
£33,507.77
This is a huge team effort, so many thanks go to the staff at Heathrow and the core Rotary team behind the desk in each terminal and behind the scenes.
In addition to the money raised at Heathrow, £2465.40 was raised by Misbourne Matins with school visits and the Giant Pudsey Raffle.
