Oswestry School yesterday took part in the Regional round of the Rotary Youth Speaks competition.
If you remember in the District competition last week, the main Speaker Valeriia Chertilina was commended on her speech, yesterday it was the turn of the Vote of Thanks, Flora (also known as Tsveta Stratieva), who was commended.
Many nice things were said about the whole team but unfortunately they could only manage a close second place position and will not therefore being going forward to the National finals.
